We have very limited internal capacity.

Yes, we can still work together. We take on project design and coordination work your team cannot absorb, involving the right people at key decision points.

Do we need partners already lined up?

No. Existing relationships help, but we can identify and bring in universities, startups, companies and other cities that fit your project.

What if we are not selected for funding?

We design projects to create value even in preparation. If a proposal is not funded, we adapt and reuse the concept for other calls.
