From lab to market with a partner who stays

impact.brussels joins your EU consortia as exploitation and deployment partner. We help you build the right consortium, secure funding and turn research outputs into pilots, spin outs and market ready solutions in food, health, climate and the circular economy.

Is this for you?

You are a university, research organisation or research group
You lead or join EU projects but struggle with exploitation and deployment
You need industry, startup or municipal partners for upcoming calls
You want more of your projects to reach society, not only journals

What you get

A partner who helps design the project and stays through implementation
Stronger, more balanced consortia with real exploitation capacity
Pilots with cities, hospitals or companies that validate your research
Support to create spin outs, licensing deals or follow up projects
Our process

From idea to funded deployment

We follow a simple path from framing to consortium design to deployment and learning.

01. Co frame the opportunity

Clarify strengths and calls

We map your research strengths, pipeline and target calls, then spot where exploitation and deployment capacity is missing.

02. Build the consortium

Design roles and proposals

We shape the concept, define roles and work packages, bring in startups, corporates or municipalities and co write the proposal.

03. Deploy and learn

Run pilots and prepare scaling

We help run pilots, collect evidence, adjust the approach and prepare for scaling, spin outs, licensing or new funding rounds.

FAQ

At which stage should we involve you?

Ideally before the consortium is fixed and before call deadlines are too close. We add most value when we have time to shape the project logic, roles and exploitation pathway.

Do you replace our TTO or innovation office?

No. Your tech transfer and innovation teams remain central. We complement them with partners, project design experience and a focus on deployment and commercialisation.

Can you support an existing project?

Yes, where governance allows it. We can support mid term exploitation planning, organise pilots or partner workshops and help prepare follow up projects.
